Rugged Smartphones Smartphones Portable Power Stations

When power from the grid stops, as in a blackout, the power station automatically switches to battery power within 10ms. I recently purchased the Oukitel BP2000, and it has been a game-changer for me. The battery life is truly impressive, lasting me for days on a single charge. The compact design makes it easy to carry around, and the fast charging feature is a lifesaver. I highly recommend the Oukitel BP2000 for its outstanding performance and reliability. If that's not enough arguments for the mega power station, the P5000 comes rolling around the corner with a competitive efficiency of 78%.

The output frequency is also switchable between 50Hz and 60Hz allowing high-powered Japanese devices to run in North America without a transformer-based AC converter. Since the efficiency of the P2001 inverter is very high at 90%, there is little heat and fan noise generated when in use. Finally, the station supports an over-voltage protection on the input AC socket which does a shutdown in case of power fluctuations.

This group includes a cigar lighter and an XT60 socket, both concealed under a protective plastic cover, and two barrel-type DC5521 sockets. The Oukitel P2001 incorporates the best one can get in terms of battery technology. But it is it’s versatility with features such as UPS and fast charging that makes it stand out from the competition. Solar generators don't burn fossil fuel, so with zero emissions or fumes, they're a clean, eco-friendly replacement for gasoline/diesel generators.

If the name Oukitel is still unknown to you, this will change with the P5000. The mega power station has a whopping 5,120 Wh up its sleeve and can supply a frugal household with energy for several days. Despite the hefty weight of 52 kg, transport is relatively unproblematic thanks to the rolling case design. Nextpit tested whether the Oukitel P5000 can keep up with power stations from Bluetti, Ecoflow, Jackery & Co. in terms of efficiency and performance. Icons for input and output sockets show if the system is operating normally and will blink on any issue.

It switches to battery power in 10 ms and keeps portable solar power station connected devices up and running, giving you enough time to save work and protecting against voltage fluctuations. Bluetti AC200P is also a good power station priced similarly to the P2001. It suffers from a convoluted user interface which can slow the use of the station in case of emergency. The block AC charger also does not help as it is limited to 400W and will fully charge the station in six hours, compared to two for the P2001. The input voltage of the AC port is 200V-240V and the power reaches 1100W, otherwise it cannot be charged normally.

Yes, you can use any MC4 connected to a standard solar panel and the solar panel has an input power of 1000W. The P5000 Pro uses LiFePo4 batteries (5000 life cycles) which, unlike lead-acid and ternary batteries, are very safe and truly durable and perform well. The charging speed control button allows you to toggle between fast and slow charging modes, which prevents overheating or other safety hazards that may result from overcharging. On the other hand, the Oukitel Power station with its high capacity of 5,120 kWh is an interesting option if you are thinking of setting up an island system.

OUKITEL BP2000 with up to 7 x B2000 expansion batteries in parallel to reach 16kWh, and meet the family's power need for 1-6 days. The robust structural design ensures stability and worry-free usage. The P5000 does not have a grid-synchronous feed-in function, but it does have a 24 V DC output to which you can connect an inverter. Due to the lack of a supplied adapter cable from Aviation Port to MC4, we unfortunately couldn't try out the feature yet, but we will test it when the opportunity arises. In the practical test, the power station needs a whopping 5,973 Wh for a complete charging process.
